I/we understand that we are totally responsible for the area of the building booked during the booking period and also for any accidents etc. that may occur during the booking period. Hilldene Community Association accepts no responsibility for your actions during the period of your booking *

I/We understand that my/our account must be paid in full each month; failure to make payment by 25th of each month will result in an additional charge of 10% being added to my/our accont *

I/we understand that failure to comply with the and conditions will result in my/our bookings being withdrawn and future bookings may not be accepted *

Important! Your booking will only be confirmed when you have received an email from us. Do not assume it is made until you receive this confirmation email.

Casual bookings should be made 14 days in advance, and must be accompanied by the full booking fee,plus a refundable deposit of £125 (returnable within 21 days if rooms,toilets etc. are left in good order). Bookings for Children's Birthday Parties should be accompanied by a returnable deposit of £50 ((returnable within 21 days if rooms,toilets etc. are left in good order).

Please ensure that you only use room(s) booked otherwise you will be invoiced for using any additional rooms.
